How do I purchase tickets for an individual show?

Broadway at the Hobby Center strongly urges all patrons to purchase tickets through an authorized ticketing outlet.

Authorized ticket outlets:

1.  Hobby Center Box Office (Mon-Fri 11am-6pm, Sat-Sun 11am-4pm)

2.  BroadwayAtTheHobbyCenter.com or Ticketmaster.com

Do you offer ADA seating for the season and/or individual show(s)?

Yes!  Accessible seating is available for both season and individual performances.  You can purchase accessible seating online at BroadwayAtTheHobbyCenter.com or Ticketmaster.com, by phone or at the Hobby Center Box Office.  Broadway at the Hobby Center supports the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and would like to make your theatre experience as enjoyable as possible. Accessible seating areas are solely for people with disabilities and their companions.

Do you offer Captioned or Audio Described performances?

Yes!  Patrons who are deaf or hearing impaired may call our TTY Line at 212.307.2166 (Mon - Fri, 9 am to 5 pm).  Captioned performances are on Saturday Matinee’s. Audio described performances are also available. If you want to purchase a Season Subscription, please call our Subscriber Hotline at 800.952.6560 for details.  If you are interested in an individual show, the Hobby Center will assist patrons with visual, hearing, and mobility impairments.  Please call 713.315.2525, option 4 for more information.

At what age can my children attend shows?

We recommend that children under 5 not attend the shows unless otherwise stated.  Every person must have a ticket regardless of age to attend. While most of our shows are for mature audiences, we leave it up to the parent to decide if a show is appropriate for their children.
