By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. Prices, shows, artists, dates and times are subject to change at any time without notice.




All renewed subscribers will receive an email invitation after the Renewal Deadline to log in and browse to make changes to their subscription seats within their online account. IMPORTANT: You must have a valid email address to participate. Please add us to your safe senders list so you do not miss any emails from us. If you haven’t used our online system before, need to have your password reset, or need to update your email address, please contact us at 800.952.6560. Upgrades are only available for renewed accounts. Upgrades are possible only when seats become available through cancellations,therefore better seats may not be available in your current performance day and time. You will retain your current seats if there are no upgrade opportunities that meet your needs.

The Broadway Across America network spans dozens of cities across North America, and you have the flexibility to exchange your tickets to another show or purchase tickets to Broadway shows in different cities. For more details, please call the Broadway Across America National Service Line at 877.783.4847 (Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm).

When using your network benefits to exchange tickets into another city, the ticket exchange must be requested no later than two weeks prior to the performance in your home market. Requests after that point will not be guaranteed.


Should you miss your performance, a refund will not be issued. We may attempt to accommodate you with seats to another performance of the same show subject to availability and show discretion for all titles.


Please be advised that productions begin promptly at the time stated on your ticket, and most shows dictate a seating hold at the start of every performance. Please plan your travel and parking accordingly so you do not miss a moment!


For your safety and security, all bags are subject to inspection before entering the theater. Please allow extra time prior to your performance. Over-sized bags, luggage and backpacks may not be permitted inside theater.

Walk through Metal Detectors are also used as part of this security check.

Patrons may be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items including, but not limited to: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, food, drinks, glass/plastic/metal containers, video recorders, audio recorders, laptops, laser pointers, backpacks, knives, mace, pepper spray, weapons of any type, unauthorized noise makers, glitter, confetti, streamers, helium balloons, parcels or packages, inflatables, skateboards, hoverboards, selfie sticks, GoPros, or large bags of any kind.

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.

Limited View seats may have an incomplete view of the stage due to the position of the seats or something may be in your line of sight – such as speakers, railings or the sound board. By purchasing Limited View seats, you accept that you may have an incomplete view of the stage.


There is an eight (8) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card for most shows. Orders that exceed this limit will be cancelled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card.

2018-2019 SEASON

The price of a 7 show subscription seat reflects the ticket price as well as $35 in processing fees, a total of $35 in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Premium Subscription Fee noted below. In planning a season, care is taken to avoid scheduling conflicts or changes of any kind. However, prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice. All sales are final. No Refunds. Season Subscriptions and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/SubscriberTerms. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.

Premium subscriptions (Orchestra; Mezzanine A–G; Boxes 1–8) include an additional $125 fee for each seat purchased. Premium subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits for Premium subscribers include self-parking vouchers (parking is subject to availability), drink coupons valid for $5 off any beverages, and more. Self-parking and drink coupons are only distributed for season performances.



Additional ticket requests are processed in the order in which they are received. To guarantee priority seating, please be sure to order your additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public, however, you may place your order at any time prior to the performance (subject to availability). Show dates, on-sale dates, times, prices and artists are subject to change without notice. Tickets are purchased under Broadway Across America season ticket privileges and are subject to the terms and conditions of that relationship. We do not support the reselling of these tickets beyond face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America. Doing so will constitute a breach of this season ticket privilege and the account holder will be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats. No refunds. Limit 8 additional tickets for most shows, per household. Subscriber Additional Tickets purchased online or over the phone will include a $10.00 per ticket service fee.

Subject to availability, Season Subscribers have the privilege of exchanging tickets for a different performance of the same show. While comparable seating cannot be guaranteed, all exchanges will be made from the best available seating within your desired price level. Please note, if you exchange your seats to a performance/section that is different than your seat’s original price level, the difference in pricing must be paid. When exchanging from a lower to a higher-priced performance or into VIP Seating, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange. Exchanges must be processed at least 48 hours prior to your performance for performances Tuesday through Saturday or by 5pm on Friday for Sunday performances. Please note: ticket exchanges for The Phantom of the Opera, Aladdin, and The Book of Mormon must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your performance.

Online exchanges must be completed using a desktop or laptop computer and are not compatible with mobile devices, including tablets.



  1. Visit BroadwayattheHobbyCenter.com from your mobile device and click MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION.

  2. Sign into your account.

  3. Select View & Manage Tickets.

  4. Select the event.

  5. a. Apple Phones
  6. Select View Barcode when you are ready to scan your ticket. You can also add your ticket to Apple Wallet in advance of the event. PLEASE NOTE: Once you select View Barcode or Add to Apple Wallet, any previously printed tickets will become invalid. Also, if you exchange your ticket after adding it to Apple Wallet, the “old ticket”- though invalid - will still be saved in your Apple Wallet until you delete it.

    To add your ticket to Apple Wallet, simply click Add in the upper right hand corner.

    5. b. Android Phones
    PLEASE NOTE: Once you select View Barcode, any previously printed tickets will become invalid.
