Payment Options
Single Payment: Pay for your season tickets in full at the time of purchase.
Payment Plan: Break up the cost of your subscription purchase into installments with our payment plan option. There is no additional fee or interest accrued if you choose to use the payment plan to pay for your season tickets. The first payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made via credit card. The remaining payments will be automatically charged to that same credit card on subsequent dates. Available payment plan options will be presented to you during checkout.
What are Season Options?
Season Options are shows that are not part of any subscription package but are available for purchase in addition to the subscription package. These shows are typically familiar fan favorites or big blockbuster titles that have been a part of the subscription package in an earlier season and are returning to Broadway at the Hobby Center for an encore engagement. Season Subscribers have priority access to buy their tickets for Season Options before the general public.

The Broadway at the Hobby Center Commitment
The Value of Your Ticket Is Safe
In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.
If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.
Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Broadway at the Hobby Center. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by Broadway at the Hobby Center for presentations at The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts.

2023/2024 OFFER DETAILS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to all such Terms and Conditions.
HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances. Updates will be sent to ticket holders before each event or posted here. All ticket holders are required to comply.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All subscribers will be automatically renewed into the 2024/2025 season and beyond risk free. A valid email address and credit card are required. You can cancel within 30 days following the 2024/2025 season announcement date to receive a full refund.
RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season tickets for the 2023/2024 Season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59 pm on March 21, 2023 to keep your seats.
FLEXIBILITY: Ticket exchanges and seating upgrades are subject to seating availability at the time of the exchange. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. If a refund is due to you, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days following the end of your change window. Some restrictions may apply.
PRIORITY ACCESS: Season Options are not included in any subscription package. Additional purchase is required and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase.
PRICING: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $45 in processing fees, a total of $25 (5-show packages), $30 (6-show packages), or $35 (7-show packages) in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Premium subscription fee.
